Nebraska Center China

The Nebraska Center China is Nebraska’s business development office in China. Located in Shanghai, the office will be the key place for Chinese companies to find out about doing business in the U.S., and in particular, Nebraska. It will also serve as a resource for Nebraska companies looking to do business with China.

Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman announced that the state would be opening this trade office during his trade mission to China in August, 2012. On March 18, 2013 the office was officially announced in ceremonies both in Nebraska and Shanghai.

Supporting the office is Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprises Center for International Cooperation. The SME Center has been long time friends of the state for many years and is a key partner of Nebraska for our efforts with China.

With this partnership and the opening of the trade office in Shanghai, we feel strongly that we will continue to build strong bi-lateral trade and investment between Nebraska and China.
